At PepValor, we aim to get your order dispatched quickly, securely and with reliable tracking.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

We ship orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

* Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will normally be dispatched the same working day.
* Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for next-working-day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
* Orders placed after 2:00 PM will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
* Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
* You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Next-Day Delivery

We offer next-working-day delivery for orders placed before our 2:00 PM weekday cut-off, using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and next-day delivery is not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to Royal Mail network disruption, adverse weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification containing your Royal Mail tracking number.

You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order. PepValor cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you.
